19,Ashin Mettacara met H.H. the Dalai Lama at Taj Mahal Hotel in Mumbai. They both had a good discussion about education and the role of monks (Sangha). His Holiness also granted for the five or six Burmese Buddhist monks to study at Tibetan College . The Burmese monks who are studying at Tibetan College will be sponsored by His Holiness the Dalai Lama.
